I am a qualified sports and remedial massage therapist with a Diploma of Remedial Massage from the Australian College of Sport and Fitness (Perth Campus), Australia.

I have been working as a sports and remedial massage therapist in Australia since 2019. I have further expanded my knowledge and skills through additional training in Dry Needling Level 1 and Cupping Therapy, allowing me to use a range of treatment techniques based on each client’s individual needs.

I have worked with both local and international athletes, including teams such as Cambio Cumbre FC (futsal), Sydney Kings (basketball), and Tartu Ülikool Maks & Moorits (basketball). My clients have included athletes from basketball, football, futsal, hockey, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and athletics.

My work focuses on injury prevention, recovery support, pain reduction, and improving athletic performance. Depending on the client’s condition, goals, and individual needs, I use soft tissue therapy, dry needling, cupping therapy, or a combination of these techniques.

Every treatment is individually tailored to help achieve effective, sustainable results and support the client’s ability to perform at their best.
