TESTING & ASSESSMENT

Before developing a training program, I assess your movement, strength, control, and physical capabilities.

The aim of testing is to identify potential differences or limitations that may affect your training or everyday activities.

We assess areas such as:

  • Differences in strength between the right and left sides

  • Muscle strength and strength control

  • Mobility and stability limitations

  • Movement patterns and body control

  • Exercise technique and execution

  • Physical qualities required for a specific activity or sport

  • Issues that affect your ability to move freely or efficiently

The goal is not simply to identify what you cannot do, but to better understand what may be contributing to those limitations.

REHABILITATION & RETURN TO TRAINING

Recovering from an injury is about more than just reducing pain.

The next question is whether your body is ready to tolerate physical load again.

Through structured training, strength, control and load tolerance can be developed progressively, helping you move from recovery back to regular training or physical activity.

The approach is tailored to your individual situation and goals.

WHO IS IT FOR?

Training is not just for competitive athletes.

It is suitable for anyone who:

  • Wants to begin structured strength training

  • Wants to return to training following an injury

  • Notices differences in how each side of their body functions

  • Wants to improve their movement or physical capabilities

  • Wants to train more purposefully in the gym

  • Wants to improve the physical qualities required for a specific activity or sport

  • Wants to understand not just what they are training, but why.

PERSONALIZED PROGRAMMING

Based on the assessment results, I develop a program focused on your specific needs.

If the assessment identifies strength imbalances, limited mobility, reduced control or issues with particular movements, your training will be structured accordingly.

Your program may focus on:

  • Developing general and sport-specific strength

  • Addressing strength imbalances

  • Improving mobility and stability

  • Enhancing movement control

  • Increasing load tolerance

  • Rebuilding training capacity following an injury

  • Improving physical performance

Training loads and exercise selection are adjusted according to your progress.

You don't simply receive a generic training plan. You receive a program built around the findings of your assessment.

STRENGTH TRAINING

Strength training is about more than lifting heavier weights.

Choosing the right exercises and training loads allows us to develop the physical qualities you need most.

Training may focus on:

- General strength

Developing whole-body strength and physical capacity.

- Unilateral strength

Addressing differences between the right and left sides while developing single-sided strength.

- Movement control

Improving your ability to control your body and maintain quality movement across different positions and loading conditions.

- Load tolerance

Developing your body's ability to progressively adapt to increasing physical demands.

- Physical performance

Developing strength, speed, coordination, work capacity, and other physical qualities relevant to your goals.

LET'S START WITH AN ASSESSMENT

Before developing a program, we establish your current capabilities and identify the areas that need improvement.

From there, I build your training around the findings of the assessment and the goals you want to achieve.
